About Me
I have been passionate about pursuing a career in writing since a very young age. It wasn’t until college that I decided to specifically pursue screenwriting and later add directing to my career goals. I am currently in my final year in the Sidney Poitier New American Film School at Arizona State University. I have worked on numerous student productions and enjoyed networking with my peers. My studies of expertise beyond the baseline of my major include critical race theory, gender studies, and media literacy. My writing specifically focuses on female-centered and LGBTQ+ stories and my passion for positive representations of minorities in film is what drives my career. This passion is explored in Women in Film ASU, a club that I am both the Vice President and a founding member of. This club is meant to offer a safe space for female, gender non-conforming, and LGBTQ+ students to network within.

I am very excited about my future post-grad and look forward to working within the film industry. My latest production, "Mother", is set to shoot in February 2023 and I could not be more thrilled to dive into another passion project.
